Akshay has exhaustive tax and audit experience and has deep knowledge in IT, ITeS and construction industry. Having represented multiple clients’ up-to the level of tribunal he has favorable results in his kitty. His area of interest include Direct and Indirect Tax and has been instrumental in setting up good accounting practices across clientele some of which are software majors. Along-with tax planning he has also conducted due diligence while acquisitions of start-ups. He has advised wholly owned subsidiaries in India and has looked after various compliances of wholly owned subsidiary companies regarding Transfer Pricing, STPI, SEZ, FEMA, Labour Laws and GST. He is a vivid reader and loves thought provoking conversations in varied subjects.
